Very relaxing ambience. We had a large terrace which was ideal for our dog. Beautiful building
Not easy to find. GPS does not recognise this hotel. Best to put A5000 in and look at the map.

The staff were lovely. The hotel was a complete surprise because the surrounding area is very industrial and not very inspiring. However, when we got there the building is beautiful and the inside is authentic and beautifully restored. The room was super. The restaurant atmosphere was lovely and the dinner we chose was excellent. The directions given to get there were not brilliant but we got there.

It is a lovely hotel, very quiet with ample parking facilities and a free spa where you don't have to wear a bonnet! The views are superb, except for the one factory in the distance. The patio, the rooms, the restaurants are cosy and spacious. You can't but relax. The breakfast buffet spread is ample, good quality and fresh. If we ever go back to Huelva, this is where we'll stay.
One problem (not so important because there was still a nice jacuzzi): the Turkish sauna wasn't functioning when we arrived and still hadn't been mended when we left 15 days later.

Clean hotel, attentive staff, amazing location in general everything was fine. Location really close to the restaurant and a relaxation area, the centre of Huelva and the common areas. Friendly service, nicely furnished twin room with a great balcony which was getting the evening sun, a great bed, for example. Hot breakfasts with mushrooms.

Stunning interior when entering hotel and quaint rooms. Only stayed one night on way to Huelva ferry. Would recommed it for anyone wanting overnight stay before taking ferry. Would use this as a base if visiting this part of Spain.
Nothing.Even having to go and find staff in this fabulous hacienda to get a drink was all part of the charm of the place.

Enjoyed the evening meal which was well prepared and presented and the wait staff were very cordial and helpful even when we were the only persons dining that evening.. The spa and the massage therapist were excellent and staff were very pleasant.
While the hacienda is lovely, it is large and has an empty feeling, it is not an intimate setting-really designed for weddings more than casual visitors. The setting is close to an industrial estate and views from the window are not very pretty, also it is a bit isolated. A car is essential.
